Big weekend coming up. Tomorrow we clean up 3751 and take the wax off the rods. We will also raise steam for Friday's Amtrak Employee Day. Saturday we are off to San Diego with an excursion. We spend Saturday night in SD and run another excursion on Sunday. I am listed as a trainee on the service crew . This ought to be fun.
MR and I went to the Pasadena Model RR Club for open house last night. Great layout. Memberships are available but they meet on Tuesday and Saturday's so that is out at this point.
Yanks are off to a better start than last year but have been cold this week. Lost one to Baltimore that they shouldn't have. Tonight is another game.
We have two vacations planned. MR is going to Buffalo and I am taking a MC ride to North Carolina. We will also vacation in New Jersey in June
