High Iron and Rollin' Thunder

It has been a very busy month for guests. We have had houseguests 17 days this month. The last couple L&H left this morning for Hawaii. We had a good tme.

The Yankees are in a bit of a funk. Tex and Gardner can't hit situationally for shit. Clueless Joe goes with the same lineup give or take the leadoff. He could make a lineup card in April and go with it until October. No moving guys at all depending on their streaks. Oh well

We need a vacation

Jessica's wedding is over and was great. Nice ceremony, meal and dancing. Saturday night Hank put on his party for the family. Absolutely great. On Sunday we took Dave and Brandon to the airport for fly to Vermont. MR and I are beat.

Monday was a kick back day. I didn't go to the RR club. Too tired. Watched the Yankees beat the Royals instead.

This week is Jessica's wedding. We have her fiance's father and brother staying with us. They are from Vermont and seem quite nice. Monday I went to the railroad club and Tuesday we went to American Thunder. I may go on a MC ride Sunday if I can find a rider.

Wednesday was a busy day with the rehersal party. All the family is flying in for this event.

Thurday was a party at Annette's. Low key but nice. All-in-all a good week so far.

Bob and Sandy spent five days with us. We had a real good time. Bob worked on the 3751 for a day, and we visited Fullerton and the harbor area. MR took Sandy to a bunch of quilting stores and other places. All-in-all a good time. They left yesterday for Phoeniz AZ. I don't envy them. We are going to have Kyle's father and brother next week before the wedding. We have Hermann and Louise Ann coming at the end of August. We will need another vacation.
