Boxing Day
Whew!!. Christmas is over. What a week! I checked with Dr. C. and the colonoscopy was fine. Good news. The Jacob's party was intimate and great. Lots of new faces. Sue McG came in from Nashville and we had dinner a Lugatti's. We met with Stan the broker and went over a number of items, mostly good. I went to Joe Jost's with Bob and ran into Nancy B. She looked great. We had Xmas eve dinner with the usual group at Savannah. The pork chops were a struggle. We exchanged gifts on Xmas day with friends and went to Bill and Sharon's with the family for dinner. Wonderful time!! All in all a very busy, busy season for us. On to 2008!!

MR has really been on a tear with the airlines. We are book on the May 13 trip in Russia to Vladivostok. We have airline tickets to Japan, Seoul and Vladivostok, all business class. The same class from Moscow to London to NY to LA. Definately not cheap. We have to work on boarding the dogs for three weeks. We are looking into a house sitter service. Probably not cheap either.
We had two parties over the weekend at Pam and Ed's and at Mo's luncheon. Real nice. This weekend we have the Jacobs party, Xmas eve dinner and Xmas day party. We are going to San Diego to see the Dead Sea Scrolls with Dan and Gay. Busy, busy time

Big plans
MR is hot on a trip to Russia in May. We are trying to go to Vladivostok, Russia via Tokyo and Soeul Korea then to Russia. From VVO we take the Trans-Siberian Express to Moscow. Then fly to London, NY and LA. This is an around-the-world trip. We are planning to spend two weeks in Russia. Sounds exciting.
We had a great weekend. The AHOC had their annual Xmas parth on the 8th and Skid Row Toy run on the 9th. We donated $3500 to the Fred Jordan Mission. On Saturday night we went to a great party at Candance L's house. Open martini bar and wonderful buffet. Real first rate.
We have a big weekend this coming one also. Pam and Ed's on Saturday night and Mo's luncheon on Sunday.

We had a great weekend. The AHOC had their annual Xmas parth on the 8th and Skid Row Toy run on the 9th. We donated $3500 to the Fred Jordan Mission. On Saturday night we went to a great party at Candance L's house. Open martini bar and wonderful buffet. Real first rate.

Fairly quiet weekend. A bit chilly. We all went to downtown HB on Sunday for lunch at the Brewery. Good food. Monday was a kickback day because Tuesday was the colonoscopy. Monday night was spent on the pot. It went well on Tuesday. Cleaned out good!
MR is into decorating the house for Xmas. Place looks great. The dogs are contributing by not messing up the place.
MR wants to go to Russia and ride the Trans Siberian RR. I do too, but it sure is pricey. You have to ask yourself how many times would you do it? Why not.
The GJA has a lunch tomorrow and I am going to go. It ought to be fun, but news of Jim Kristy's passing is a sad.
