Last weekend was busy. Dale and Cathy came in from Illinois. The family met at the Longboard and again at Bill and Sharons for Barbara's 75th birthday Very nice time
We are down to working every other weekend at Redondo. Not much going on.
The Yanks are doing OK and have a new rookie first baseman named Greg Bird. He hit two home runs yesterday. Fun to watch

WE went on a ball park vacation to Chicago, Milwaukee and St, Louis. We saw a day game at Wrigley Field. Nice location but a shitty field. Next night we went to Miller Field in Milwaukee. Nice stadium, lousy location. Next was USCellualr Field for the White Sox. OK stadium and another lousy location. Finally St. Louis, great place, nicely located. All in all a fun time except for the coach flights.
