High Iron and Rollin' Thunder

The Yankees won the World Series on Wednesday. They beat the Phillies in six games. The last one was a nail-biter. The Yanks went up 7-1 and it seemed to be a blow out, but Philadelphia scored two and they took Petitte out for Joba. He scares me. Anyway they got through the sixth and seventh innings and brought in Mo to finish the job. What a relief! Matsui had six rbi in the last game and was MVP. He and ARod are whole with rings.

MR returned on Monday from Buffalo. All is well. Fast Eddy from the UK stopped in for a couple of days. Nice time. I went to lunch with the GJ and CCW groups.
