I had an interesting weekend, starting with a day with the 3751 group at the Amtrak facility in LA. I emptied the drip pan, cleaned out the oily ballast and helped disassemble the left side valve gear. Dirty work but fun.
On Sunday I took a ride to Lifestyles for a gathering. Great turnout.
Monday was my birthday and MR took me to lunch at the Santa Fe Importers. I had a great meatball sandwich. Monday night was range night at Evan's. That was fun also.
Tuesday I went to two doctors for checkups. I am fine. Afterward MR and I bought a new camera and lens for the trip to Russia. All-in-all a good week.
