On the mend
I am definately on the mend from my surgery. I have been on the treadmill four of the last five days and feel good. I am sleeping like never before.
It is as hot as hell here with the Santa Ana's and all the smoke from the fires. We tried to call Linda and Dana but there is no response. I hope their house is OK.
It was a nice weekend. I rode the jeep a bit and went to an AH party at the Shepard's That night we went to a wine tasting that was great. Tri-tip to boot!
No softball last night because of the winds, so I went to the RR club and ran trains for an hour or so. Hot up there too.
Should be a quiet week. The Indians folded again the RedSox . Rats ! Go Rockies
